At Oxence International, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional client service. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Please note that custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless proven defective upon delivery.
Returns are accepted only in cases where products are damaged, defective, incorrect, or not consistent with the order specifications. We are unable to accept returns for opened or used products, for items returned after the 30-day period, or for products missing original packaging or components.
To initiate a return, please contact us and include your order number, product details, and reason for return. Our support team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Once the RMA is received, please pack the item securely, include the authorization number, and return it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days to the original payment method. For wholesale and trade clients, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or credit note, in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
