At Oxence International, we provide a range of international delivery options in accordance with Incoterms® 2020, ensuring clarity of responsibility and a seamless logistics process for our global clients.

Depending on the order volume, destination, and shipping preferences, we offer delivery under various Incoterms, including EXW, FOB, and CIF.

Under EXW (Ex Works), goods are made available at our facility, and the buyer is responsible for transportation, export, and customs arrangements.

With FOB (Free on Board) terms, we manage export clearance and delivery to the designated vessel at the port of shipment, transferring responsibility to the buyer once goods are loaded on board.

For CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) shipments, we handle and cover transport and marine insurance up to the port of destination, while the buyer manages import procedures and final delivery.

Shipping costs vary depending on product weight, dimensions, and destination, and are confirmed at the time of order placement.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 30 business days after payment and documentation are finalized. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time.

Once shipped, clients receive a tracking number and online tracking link to monitor the shipment’s progress in real time.
